Dr. Avery J. Knapp Jr. is a Board Certified radiologist who is Fellowship Trained in Neuroradiology and has been in practice since 2008. He attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City's combined 6-year B.A./M.D. program where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and his medical degree.
He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where he served as Chief Resident. He then went on to complete his neuroradiology fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Dr. Knapp is licensed in all 50 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. He co-founded Expert Radiology to bridge the gap between clinical accuracy and real-world understanding, envisioning reports that communicate findings clearly to every stakeholder.
